Home Sales Are Going Up in Atlanta

According to the FMLS both pending home sales & closings are up 23% since November and are projected to keep trending up into 2025.

A report from Pro Tool Reviews concluded that Atlanta ranked No. 10 among the U.S. cities for home renovation spending. They measured home renovation spending across the U.S. and determined that Atlantans spent $12.9 billion on home improvements over the last two years.

“I expect automation, natural lighting, high ceilings, low exterior maintenance requirements, and transitional modern architecture will be the key features homebuyers seek in 2025 and beyond,”
